What is Extended warranty plan ?
It is an agreement that replicates and extends the manufacturer’s warranty on your product by a specified period. It effectively transfers the financial risk of product break down from the buyer to the plan provider.
Why should I buy an extended warranty ?
Most products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, often lasting only a year. An extended warranty can provide coverage after this period, protecting you from unexpected repair costs.
If your product breaks or malfunctions after the original warranty expires, repair costs can sometimes be expensive. An extended warranty covers these repairs, saving you potentially large expenses.
How long can a warranty be extended ?
We can extend warranty up to 5 years from the bill date.
When will my extended warranty start?
Extended warranty starts after the end of Manufacturer warranty.
Which Brands & products are covered ?
Only Certified products(BIS, UL, etc.) are covered, which are sold by proper invoice with serial numbers
Product should have 12/24/36 months manufacturer’s warranty.
It should not be more than 30 days of its purchase date during the time of activating Extended Warranty plan.
The Brand must have Service centers to serve All India.
Assembled products by local vendors are not considered for warranty extensions.
What is 30 days repair or replacement?
If we are unable to repair the product within 30 days from the date it is received at our service center, we will replace it with a new one or refurbished one.
What is not covered in Extended warranty?
An extended warranty typically does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, physical damage and burnt damage.
Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional harm to the product is generally not eligible for coverage. Additionally, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering can void the warranty.
Acts of nature, such as floods or fires, as well as loss, or theft, are commonly excluded as well.
How many times will the device be repaired?
There is no limit on the number of Service Requests you can raise against Extended Warranty. If the device cannot be repaired within 30 days of receipt of the product to service centre, it will be replaced. Replacement is provided in the form of new or refurbished device.
Can I cancel my extended warranty?
Sorry, you cannot cancel the extended warranty & no refund is applicable.
Will I need my invoice at the time of service?
At the time of service you will not require invoice, you only need extended warranty certificate. During the extended warranty activation process we will verify your invoice with serial number & issue warranty certificate.
